Multi Tech Auto repair shop is great! They took on our PT Cruiser timing belt /water pump replacement job when most other shops turned me down or they just charged way too much because it is a big repair that requires extra just because of how tight the engine compartment is. Multi tech held true to their estimate and was very thorough explaining everything to me so that I understood every step of the process and they didnt try to put more on it that wasn’t necessary. They treated me with kindness and not once did I feel taken advantage of. I did my research on what my repair should cost me and multi tech was on the lower end of what my research told me I should expect to pay by a lot. Thank you Multi Tech for putting a smile on my Sons face and taking this huge stress off of my shoulders! I hope we dont have to come back anytime soon but if I need repairs on my car you will be the guys I call to help me out!

Came in with no appointment, the techs were extremely welcoming and were able to repair my vehicle’s multiple issues within a day. They send you text updates and call you about what they diagnose. There is a car rental beside the shop that I used in order to continue getting around for the day. Overall the owner was extremely accommodating and went out of his way to make sure my car was ready next morning. Can’t recommend them enough!

I’ve been going to Jeff for over 4 years now and have been extremely satisfied with his work! I recently had a repair done that lead me to get a whole new engine. Jeff was extremely patient and helpful through the whole process and kept me updated throughout the whole time that my car was at his shop. He’s been the only shop l’ve ever taken my car to and has always done great work and been very helpful! ‘ve had many many jobs done on my car by Jeff, my biggest jobs being a full suspension job and now this month a whole new engine which I’ve been enjoying and has been great since I’ve got it back!

The work was finished the next day, they stayed late so I could pick it up, and I was able to drive to work on Monday. I also appreciated the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. I will definitely be going back there, and recommending them to my friends.

I’m very happy with Multi-Tech Auto Repair. They helped me to get my fuel pump and fuel filter replaced. Jeff helped get the quote to me on Sunday evening which was unexpected and even got the work completed the very next day. I would recommend them for sure. Investigate for yourself but the 1 star reviews mostly seemed to be given by people who appear to be difficult to please, only one of the 1 star reviews seemed somewhat legitimate but that was 3 years ago. My assessment is that their high star rating is warranted and I’m glad I went with them.

I have been coming to see Jeffery at Multi-tech Auto for almost 10 years now. I figured it’s due time to write a review. Jeffery is very knowledgeable and so far has always correctly diagnosed the problems I have had with my BMW. He is very honest with his assessments and I’ve even seen him pass work to other mechanics in the neighborhood if he figured they could better resolve a problem. He does charge a little extra in my own opinion. But he would remind me that they still charge a lot less than the dealership while maintaining the same type of quality work. Multi-tech has pulled me out of quite a few situations I have had with my vehicle. This is the reason why I am comfortable returning to him time and time again. If you need an issue repaired on your vehicle, give Multi-tech Auto a shot.

I recently brought my car in for an unknown issue with the electronics in my AC and a window that would not go up. We have been going to Multi-Tech Auto since 2018. My husband and I both take our cars here and are very happy with the customer service we have received. Needed a wheel hub ( bearing) so I went to Multi-tech , they took care of me with efficiency , called me with updates, and work done Ronando I believe was his name was the technician very helpful, my 1998 Buick Park Avenue was ready for the road AGAIN, YES 185K STILL going, lil rubber mallet hit to the key and UNLOCKED MY steering column and key and turned ON , this worked for my old 1998 , in case this helps anyone, multi tech was patient with me while my car was being difficult like any car can be, fix something then you really see the OTHER Issues cars can have over time , Multi tech honored my monthly coupon , I was so happy today for that , remember those monthly coupons ppl save some money , thank you to the helpful front office so polite and nice Cash option is better also I lived in Fairfield 20+ years and I recommend Multi-tech to anyone new drivers or older vehicles in my experience was Fantastic.

Handled the deposit over the app and paid in full when I picked up my vehicle. I was particularly impressed by his professionalism and how clean and immaculate he keeps his shop. On July 1, 2023 I had to have my car towed to Mult-Tech Auto because the car stopped. Jeffrey, owner, called to tell me I needed an engine and the parts that go with it. Well, because I’m on a fixed income, he worked with me while I tried to figure out how I was going to pay for the parts and labor. I have an extended warranty, which ended up not agreeing to pay even though the engine is covered. I was blessed to be able to secure the funds for the repairs. The engine was ordered Friday, July 28th and I picked up my car August 2nd. I am one happy camper. I referred one of my sisters to Mult-Tech Auto and Jeffrey got her vehicle in and out within a couple of hours. She was super pleased with the quick and efficient work done!!! You couldn’t ask for a better Auto Repair shop than Mult-Tech Auto. Honestly and integrity is this shop!!! This was the second time I had to go to Mult-Tech for service repairs. I will definitely be going back. They even offer a senior discount which being on a limited income I was thankful for. I ended up taking my 2014 VW Passat back to Mult-Tech a few weeks later through no-fault to them. My car was overheating. Turns out I needed a new water pump. That was repaired and no issues for about a week. The car started overheating again. So I took it back. The main issue was the core heating system, which I learned from googling the top was part of the issue why I wasn’t getting heat in.the weeeeee hours of the morning. I got that replaced. The best advice I got from Jeffrey, was if you see or notice anything different about your vehicle, let him know so that that issue can also be addressed. I will continue to to take my vehicle to Mult-Tech in Fairfield because of the excellent service I have received each and every time I’ve had to take my vehicle there. Plus, Jeffrey is very good about keeping you up-to-date with what’s going on and if your vehicle needs to stay overnight. You will received EXCELLENT SERVICE.

Let me start off by saying I’m that typical girl that just knows to get the oil changed and when something is wrong a light comes on.. Well when I took my car here to Multi-Tech Jefreey took the time to explain what was wrong and didn’t just try to rush me out.. The service was amazing and what could had taken a weekend to fix being that he was busy took just one day.. I will be back again and highly recommend this shop!!

I thought I needed new brakes but Jefreey said that I don’t need to just yet and gave me options on what kind of maintenance I can do at that moment.
